Bug - Change name via CSV is broken

The change name via CSV file is broken if you are changing it from the ‘Organization Device Management’ level, it only works if you upload the CSV at the ‘Group Device Management’ level.

Is there any ETA when this will be fixed?

I have reached out to an engineer about this for further evaluation. Once we know more information an update will be provided.
