I’m having problems with getting a device on the modems lan. I’ve tried 3 cords, able to get the device on my network, but the modem seems to never ack the the device plugged into either port. Is this a config problem, the manual doesn’t read well. Thx, Jake

Looks like the unit is defective, if anyone else has this issue just get it rma’d, support is very slow.
You have mentioned a solid green LED on Status, Wifi, Cellular, and LAN in the ticket. Can I confirm the LAN & Console and LAN/WAN PoE IN ports are showing solid green LED too when there is no ethernet cable attached to them? If so, please snap a photo and attach into the ticket. The support engineering will get approval to proceed RMA with this info.

I believe this BR1 Mini is not a newly deployed device (do correct me if I am wrong). If so, do you recall is it connected to Wifi WAN previously?
Its connected and I connect to its portal internet all the time
