Block internet access when speedfusion down

Hi,

Is there a way to block internet access when speedfusion is down ? And allow it only if speedfusion is up ?
We have a few setup during Tour De France 2019 that are embedded in motorbikes.
1x HD4 + 1x audio codec. They are both in a bag. When both are powered the audio codec starts transmitting soon internet is up but we need to forward traffic through the tunnel.
Any ideas ?

Enforce outbound policy should able to help for your use case. Can you please create a Enforce outbound policy to forward all traffic using tunnel ?
