Billing Period Option Missing

Hi Guys

Got a strange one here, i have two HD4s both of which are on the same firmware (8.0.2 4407). When i go into status then monthly, one unit allows me to set a billing period, whilst this option is missing from the other one. Weird.

Hi @RoamingExpert,

You need to set the bandwidth monitoring and select a refresh date. Once this has been applied, you’ll be able to use the billing cycle report.

From the Dashboard, select the WAN details button:-

Scroll down and tick the Bandwidth Allowance Monitor box - click ok to the warning message and then enter the refresh date and data allowance.
