Basic problems with Balance 300

Hi,

We bought a Peplink Balance 300 some years ago but have only recently started to use it.

It works fine with a single WAN connection but our problems start when we introduce a 2nd WAN connection.

Having ensured the 2nd WAN connection is reporting a good health check when we enable it we cannot get internet access from any computer on the network. I then disabled WAN2 and put in a rule to route SMTP only through WAN2, crucially without enabling WAN2 - this also results in no internet access.

The only complicating factor is a SonicWall NSA 220 between the Peplink and our network but I don’t think this is the cause of the issues we are seeing.

Any ideas most welcome.

What are the WAN1 and WAN2 IP addresses? Are they unique?
