Bandwidth control by application

I would really like the ability to do bandwidth control by application.

One example I had recently… I wanted to cap Windows Update in speed.

It would be good to also be able to cap the speed for

  1. Netflix
  2. Youtube

This will tell the apps not to use 4K quality.
It will help with limited bandwidth like Starlink Maritime.
