Balance20 Amazon expired warranty?

I purchased my Balance20 via Amazon last week. When I registered with InControl (in order to get an “unlock key” for latest firmware) I am told that the unit was sold in 2013, with a warranty that expired in 2014. Please advise.

I have the same problem, bought from Amazon on Dec 2017, now it said expired on Feb 21. It’s this correct?

If you register the device on our site with the correct date of purchase the 1 year warranty will sync up:
