My brand new out of the box Balance Two will NOT stay connected to the internet. My Balance 20 stays connected just fine to the exact same two providers using the same ports and cables. The plan was to upgrade from the 20 to the two but after several fruitless hours I have concluded that either I am not as smart as I think I am or the Balance Two doesnt work.
The only simptom other then constant disconnections is it shows off and on dns lookup failures on both ISP ports. I tried all other health check options and all acted the same way.
When I revert to the Balance 20 there ae no issues at all. Any and all help is welcomed.

Can you explain more of what you mean by “will not stay connected?”
As a starting measure I’d do two things:
- Set the WAN health checks exactly as you had them with the Balance 20.
- Manually set DNS for both WANs and your LAN to good public (not your ISP’s) DNSs. For example, we use 1.1.1.2 and 9.9.9.9.
