Balance Pro 30 disconnects

Hi,

I am having some issues with our Peplink Balance Pro 30 staying connected to the Internet.

I was getting disconnects because of the WAN Health ping failures. Even disabling WAN Health causes intermittent issues (voice cutoff on video conference calls, etc.)

Setup
ATT Dedicated Fiber with Static IP
Cisco 4300 provided by ATT
Peplink Balance Pro 30 - Firmware 8.2.1
Netgear ProSafe unmanaged hubs (2)
Ubiquiti managed hub with 2 Ubiquiti AP’s connected

I have a vanilla setup. I searched through the topics and saw similar issues, but none of those seem to help.

Note: I have a regular Netgear router connected not experiencing any issues.
