Balance one with solid status red light

Frozen out of nowhere, rebooting or reseting makes no difference. Any ideas?

It looks like Zach P sent you an email. Sometimes our emails get filtered out of the inbox, so Iā€™d say check your spam folder for an email from Peplink. The ticket number will be included in the subject.
