I’m having a similar issue to what was originally posted. My wifi connection drops across all of my SSID’s (I have several configured). I am unable to connect to any of my SSID’s when the issue occurs. My only option is to reboot my Balance 20 X. This used to happen once a month but it started happening several times per day, so I upgraded from 8.5.1 to 8.5.2. Now it may occur several times per hour. My Ethernet connections are not affected. I have also turned off my internal wifi and am only using my access points, but this has made no difference.
Has anyone found a workaround for this issue? Any troubleshooting suggestions?
