My Balance One does not seem to be accessible through the local address (192.168.1.1) any longer. It used to work, but now it just hangs on that page. I thought the version 8 firmware was the issue, so I rolled it back to 7.1.2 and that seemed to resolve the issue temporarily, but now it’s not working through the local interface again.
The only way I can now get to the admin interface is to go through InControl and use the local admin tool. This seems to work just fine.
What could be causing the Balance One to stop responding to local web access, but still work through InControl?
