Balance one L2TP port mapping ports?

Hi there, I am required to configure our forewall’s portmapping otherwise VPN connection will fail. What are the port numbers?

Hi,
If you are configuring the PepVPN/SpeedFusion behind a firewall I have pasted below a Knowledgebase article which goes over the port numbers used.

Configuring SpeedFusion behind a firewall

If Balance/MAX unit is placed behind a firewall, you would need to define the firewall rules and inbound port forwarding policy on firewall unit for the following port numbers in order to allow SpeedFusion traffic passing across the firewall. If you looking at L2TP with IPSEC the below ports should be sufficient for the connections (Balance One behind a firewall)

• UDP 500.
• UDP 4500.
• UDP 1701.
