Balance One Core web admin not responding

This has happen a couple times after upgrading the firmware to the latest release (7.1.1). The web admin is not coming up. The first time, I powered off the router for about 10 minutes… powered back on and the web admin worked for a couple of weeks.
Now… Not matter how many times I power off/on… doesn’t come up.
I am getting a “connection timeout” in my browser. I have tried several browsers.
Is the only option to reset back to factory defaults?
Also, has anybody else reported this issue with the recent firmware?

BTW, the router is still functioning… just cannot access the web admin.

Are you accessing it from LAN side? If so, can try to access it from WAN side? Alternatively, you also can access it with Remote Web Admin from InControl2 to confirm whether you are facing the same problem.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I did not have it set up to be accessed remotely via InControl2.
