Balance One 'already added' in InControl

Hi,

I set up an InControl account to obtain the License Key in order to upgrade to 6.3.
When I try to add my device by I get a message saying “Failed” “Already Added”. Is it possible to see if someone has used our serial number or get that reset to use with our account?
