I have a 580 and my 500M/500M service will not get to my infrastructure.
The download and upload speeds will not show anything beyond 90M/90M
Could the 580 be the weakest link or is there something I have set incorrectly that could cause this?
They just tested the line directly to show the speed of 500/500 plus or minus 2% but I never ever ever see that.
There are many possibilities need to be ruled out. The easiest way is connecting your laptop directly to the LAN port of Balance 580 and ensure the traffic generated from your laptop enforced to the 500M WAN link and then do the speed test again. You may contact your point of purchase if you need further help.
