Balance 580 drops connections

My Balance 580 is dropping all internet connections. Reboot connects for 5 minutes and drops again

I updated to firmware 7.1.0 and the same deal

any ideas?

What does the event log say?

It does not show any reason, I reboot it and I can login to the portal for like 5 minutes and then drops everything.

Please open a support ticket here for support team to check.

Possible to help to perform the following and submit the result via the support ticket:

  1. Obtaining diagnostic report from the device prior the device is rebooted.

  2. Remove all the the network cable from the device and reboot the device. Monitor whether the device will still having the issue (Accessing the device by connect only 1 PC/labtop)
