Balance 580 and 380 Speedfusion

Hi everyone,

 We have a Balance 580 and an older 380 and wanted to use speedfusion to at least help out with the speed we currently have in our office. So here's our setup:

Office: Balance 580
Wan 1: Leased Line (Fiber) 10down/10up
Wan 2: DSL 12down/1up

Home: Balance 380
Wan 1: Residential (Fiber) 100down/100up

As you can see, instead of acquiring a new connection, I opted to offer my home connection since I am mostly in the office anyway and people at home are not using it at night which is the time of our operation. The problem is the office connection (580) does not seem to benefit with the speed from speedfusion and the 380 is showing a throughput of at least 30-40mbps. I understand the 380 is advertised as 60mbit for speedfusion so that’s fine.

1.) Do I need to change anything from the confirguration? ( I have disconnected it for now since there’s no benefit seen)
2.) If I have the 580 at home, is it going to increase the throughput somehow?

That looks like it should work to me. Did you remember to send all outbound traffic from the B580 over VPN?
What did the PepVPN analyzer show when you tested the connection?

Hi Martin,

Thanks and sorry for the late reply. As for your question, yes, I sent the traffic over VPN and even tested it with a single unit to isolate any issues. As for the PepVPN analyzer, I could not remember what the status was but I can try again this weekend since operation during the holiday is minimal. I’ll get back with screenshot if I can.
