Balance 380 VPN pass through issue?

I have a serious issue that seems to be related to the Balance 380. I’m on firmware 6.3.4. I have a Cisco 800 behind the peplink that builds a VPN to an external host.With the peplink online, the ping does not go through regularly. By that I mean If I run continuous ping it DOES ping, however I get like… 3 replies for every 300 packets sent. However, if I reconfigure something on the peplink, and click Apply Settings after saving, the VPN goes green and passes ping for about 24 packets before stopping again.

Prior to being on Firmware 6.3.4, I was on some really low level firmware. I do not know what version, and I don’t still have it, but maybe v3.x.x? (whatever was the last firmware that I was available through auto-update in the Balance 380).

On network > Misc > IPsec NAT-T I’ve enabled/disabled the feature (even though the VPN is IKE).

Going insane here trying to figure this out.

I just did. What kind of response time should I expect? I’ve never had to contact Peplink for an support issue.
