Are there any special configurations that need to be made to the Peplink Balance 305 configured for drop-in mode when using it to control AP’s on the network? Will the Balance 305 have any problem seeing the AP’s through the firewall on the LAN? I’ve never configured a Balance for drop-in mode before and I want to make sure I’m not missing anything.
The problem with this scenario is that your firewall will do a NAT to the same IP address for each AP so they will all have a single IP address coming into the Balance.
