Balance 300 dead or not?

I have BPL300 that has been a solid workhorse for many, many years solid router … Today it seems to be totally dead with the exception of the power LED being a solid green. power adapter putting out 20.1 V but no initiallizing sweep of all LEDs on startup or anything.

Is old faithfull truely dead? any ideas? thank you in advance.:confused:

Please try another power supply before considering the unit bad.
