Balance 30 reset password without resetting

My browser used to remember my peplink balance 30 password…
Now when I enter the value that I thought it was it does not work.
When I use a paperclip in the reset slot for 5 seconds, the admin and admin still doesn’t work.
What can I do? I do not want to lose my settings.

Have you added it to incontrol 2? If not add the Balance 30 serial to IC2 and then you will be able to reset the admin password from there.

I’m not familiar with incontrol 2. So, there is no way to reset the password without resetting to factory?

Nope. Not unless you have the device registered in IC2.
