Balance 30 Firmware Upgrade Problem

I am running a Balance 30 Rev 2 on firmware 8.0.0.b3623 and it fails to update to the 8.0.1 or 8.0.2 beta firmware. I have tried automatic and manual method and each time it fails at 45% updating. I factory reset 2x, power cycles, reboots etc I just can’t see any reason for this so I am wondering if this is a bug in the firmware or am I just missing something.
