The SD-CARD mounted on my balance 30 has got many bad sectors. (My device malfunctioning soon after power on was due to this issue)
Is there a manual procedure to reflash a blank SD card and replace the defunct one?

Update:
According to file size of a downloaded firmware, I found that the 4GB SSD could be an auxiliary storage only (config files? swap partitions?).
Anyway I need to recreate that disk to revive my device
Is the device under warranty? You’ll need to log a ticket to see if engineering can help.
Typically this would require the device to be returned.
Thanks a lot. I contacted support and as you pointed out there were no options to provide replacement part or the factory disk-image and I was requested to return and replace the product (which was not an option we could take atm).
Anyhow, I could manage repairing the disk myself and clone it to a fresh sd-card which resolved my issue, and my device is working now
