Balance 20X VWAN Firmware version newer than 8.1.2s086 build 5059 ??

Hi,

I am using a Balance 20X with VWAN, and connected to BR2 Pro 5G among other things… I am having some strange health check issues on the WAN port that connects to the BR2 Pro 5G LAN and haven’t nailed it down yet. When the health check fails, the connection to the BR2 Pro 5G is down entirely, even though the port is connected and the BR2 Pro 5G is online, and I have an outbound policy enforce rule for the LAN IP of the BR2.

In any case, is there a newer version of Firmware for the 20X that supports VWANs? 8.1.2s086 is what the VWAN article links to, but that is pretty old compared to the 8.2.1 general release… The VWAN license wouldn’t activate on 8.2.1 however.

Upgrading firmware may not help with the issue of WAN health check failure. May I know how many virtual WANs (with VLAN ID) was configured on the B20X? How many VLANs (with VLAN ID) did you create on the BR2 Pro? What is the health check target for each Virtual WAN of B20X? Possible to provide the screenshot of the Dashboard for B20X?
