Hi,

I’m having issues on some websites that don’t use https but do require authentication. I will login and then after one or 2 page loads I will be logged out again. I assume this is because the connection has switched and the site has logged me out because I’m now accessing from another IP address.

What is the best way to solve this while also having the best load balanced rules at the same time?

Hello,

You could create a outbound policy rule for the site. HTTPS Persistence or Priority Algorithm and then put the domain name for the Destination.

Would adding rules for each site where this is an issue be preferable to a global rule for all traffic?

You can certainly do a global depending on how you would like traffic routed out.

If you would like to use a global rule for all traffic I would setup a Persistence rule with custom Load Distribution.
