AP One Flex out of warranty and can't extend warranty

Hi I have an AP One Flex and im trying to add it to my devices in inControl 2. However Im not able to because its out of warranty. I try to purchase 2 years warranty but it gives me an error that " Warranty has expired for over 1 year, NO warranty service can be provided."

Please I need help to make this work…
