AP Controller Showing No Clients

I’ve got a Balance 580 configured as the AP controller to 5 Pepwave units.

Everything is working, except that the AP>Controller Status>Info window is showing that there are no clients connected and no data usage.

Status>Client list shows all clients, including those that should be registering on the pepwave status.

Though it is not impacting the operation of the network, these would be valuable metrics to get for my network.
