Anyone else having issues with downloading the fboaventura/dckr-mrtg docker container?

I’ve tried on 2 different routers and on the latest and 2nd to latest published firmwares.
Here’s my current setup: Peplink MAX BR2 Pro, 8.5.0 build 5636.
When I try to download the docker, I get “failed” and the download never completes.
