I have Ballance 20x units, with LTE-A and 5G mini modules, there are 4 antenna connections on the modules, are the connections divided for SIM A & SIM B or are all 4 antennas going to the radio regardless of what SIM is being used in a MIMO type connection?
Also Is there a way to update the firmware on the modules? And I am using a Peplink E-SIM on the 5G modules but can’t seam to use Peplink E-SIMs on the LTE-A modules or I am missing something ?

They are for MIMO, so all 4 connectors on the 5G module should be connected regardless of what SIM arrangement you are using.
Yes, log into your Peplink and go to the hidden support page. If you access your peplink via 192.168.1.1 once you are logged in change the URL to be 192.168.1.1/cgi-bin/MANGA/support.cgi (you can also do this via remote access through Ic2 with the same URL change) on that page you should see options for checking the firmware version and requesting an update.
There are some caveats with eSIM compatibility on the 20X, perhaps review this document and see if any of them would apply to you, if not then perhaps I’d suggest opening a support ticket to see if Peplink can help you there:
