AirProbe RF Spectrum Feature Disabled

Hello Peplink Team.

I need your help to activate the RF Spectrum Feature inside my Airprobe device.

Model: Pepwave AirProbe PRB-AC3

Firmware: 1.0.1 build 1769

Serial: 2933-FA1D-6949

I cannot see the Spectrum reports neither inside the device nor inside InControl2

I also check one problem: inside INCONTROL2 there is no data nor graphics displayed for “AirProbe Reports - AirMonitor” both 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz.

How can I fix this and make INCONTROL2 to get AirProbe reports ?

Right now I cannot see channel utilization.

For 5.0 GHz I never get an Airmonitor result. Only for 2.4 GHz and only during a few times.

How can I debug the AirMonitor results ?

Hello.

Yes, I can see that screen.

But when you try to see the information for 5.0 GHz there is a warning message about “data not available”.
