After reset device can't be found?



I have a set of 4 peplink devices all controlled by incontrol2. I had to reset one of these (Peplink Balance 30 LTE) and even though incontrol is activated and the serial number is still in incontrol2, the device is not getting the configuration for the fusionVPN.

I tried deleting and resinserting the serial number in my devices. This did not work.

Any suggestions ?

I see your device (s/n ended with 149A) currently is not connecting to the IC2. Please make sure it is connected to the Internet now. If it is, could you please enable Remote Assistance (guide here) ? We will check it further.

Hi, adding a dns server manually apparently solved the issue unless you guys were really fast :).
