Yesterday I added the BPL-ONE-LC-5WAN feature to add more than 2 WAN to a BalanceOne Core. Previous to the feature addition, (under Network/Port Settings/VLAN) I was able to select “Custom” which would generate a box and enable me to select only certain VLANs for that port. Now when I select “Custom” it says “Cannot be empty”. Any help would be appreciated.
I don’t see the problem in my lab unit. Please help provide the full screenshot of your settings.

Thank you for your response. Here are the screen shots of the LAN and Port Settings. In the last screen shot, I selected “custom” where previously, I had be able to select only certain VLANS for a specific port. Now selecting “custom” doesn’t reveal the same boxes that I used to be able to select certain VLANS, and clicking “Save” gives the error message in read “cannot be empty”.
This is my screenshot. I am using v7.1.1.
Can you share which firmware version you are using? If it is not the latest, please upgrade it to confirm the problem persists.

Thank you for your screenshot. Previous to my upgrade to 5 WAN, these check boxes were available. I reinstalled the firmware. Any other ideas on what may be causing this? Thank you.
That is where i was making mistake. I did not select custom. Will follow the same
