We are a telecommunications company, and use your routers for voice networks. We use this router for a lot of our clients, and love the management control, the ease of set-up, and how quickly they connect. However, some clients have IT companies that do not like us being their edge routers, subverting them to an Internal LAN and forwarding all traffic to them besides our voice network.
We have used the Balance 210 with Drop-In mode, and love how it separates us from their data side completely.
How can we go about getting Drop-In mode added to the BR1-ENT? We need a unit with a fast cellular failover. The price point of an HD2 is too high for us to use.
