Adding device in selfhosted incontrol -- Serial number not found

Hi,

We just setup Incontrol on Hyper-V and i have checked both the FQDN and configured the organization but when I try to add devices to our incontrol i get the message “Serial number not found”. I have however configured the incontrol setting in the device itself so it would point to our own incontrol device.
Any tips on what I might do wrong?

Ports that are opened in the firewall include TCP/UDP 5246

Hi Remco,

you have imported the device in the MSP-Menu before?

That’s different to the Cloud-Incontrol. You have to do this before you can add a device into a group
