Add VOIP/SIP to SpeedFussion Connect "By Application"

Voice calls should be routed via SFC with Smoothing to minimize drops and jitter.

Currently there are several video “ByApp” such as Zoom, Teams, WebEx.

but there is not selection for VOIP/SIP
