Add used Pepwave device to InControl

Hi all,

When I try to add my Pepwave device to my InControl account, I get the error message “Device already belongs to another organization”. Unfortunately, I have no contact for the past IT guy and can only assume he has it registered to his own email address. Is there an alternative way to add the device to my account? Or some way to disconnect from the old IT guys’ account from the device so that I can then connect it to my own account.
