Add Serial for Spare Devices not yet deployed to InControl2

Hi,

Is it possible to add the Incontrol2 the serial number of devices we have not unboxed and remain as backup units, to ensure we maintain ownership of them and can have them ready to go in emergency / swap situation?

Don’t want to eat into our free 1 year warranty for a Balance 305. The cost is a lot for our charity but we’re doing our best here.

I often create a separate group for that, called “Spares”, to track them.

Note that warranty/care plan start dates are not based on when you add them to IC2, they are based on the sale date listed for that device by your distributor, so where/when you add them to IC2 isn’t going to affect that.
