To verify the session been establish or not, can we utilize the active session features, if the session show on active session does it mean the session has been establish completely or just on initiate handshake level?
because customer put a blame on us our peplink is blocking the IPSEC traffic, where by i can see the session is recorded by peplink, but i just want to double confirm the session has been establish successful or not?
From my experience, this isn’t enough.
Did you make sure to forward the incoming 500 and 4500 towards 103.141.125.34 ? Did you disable NAT traversal? I’m guessing “Suntech” is your speedfusion tunnel.
hi, basically I just want to confirm whether the session been establish or not, because I can see the idle time, but peplink didnt have a strong rigid info to mention the session already been establish, it only show the session it capture only.
You could probably get a packet capture of the tunnel building and evidence of traffic going over it, log in to your Peplink and change the URL from “/cgi-bin/MANGA/index.cgi” to “/cgi-bin/MANGA/support.cgi” and from there you can make a pcap.
