Ac mini uptime 14 days....online 29 minutes

Hi,
When Incontrol2 reports my Online time as 29 minutes, uptime 14 days.
How can I determine why my AP went offline 29 minutes ago? I have two other AP’s on the same network reporting fine.
Do i need to go into the Settings>Remote web admin of the AP?

All 3 Ap’s are managed by Incontrol2.
Strangely, I was emailed that AP3 went offline many hours ago, but actually on the dashboard, AP1 is the one that was reporting offline. Even though they are now all Green and Online I still do not have an ‘Online’ email from Incontrol2.

My router supplies POE to all 3 AP’s and has nothing in the logs to mention an interface going down.
Users had internet working all day.

Hi @evanvilla,

Up-time is not also equal to online time, for example, a device may have connectivity issues when connecting to InControl. During this period, IC2 shows the device as offline. Then when the connectivity issue has been resolved, IC2 shows the up-time and On-line times as different values.

As for the email notification, this is not normal experience. You can check the event log(s) to see when the devices were reported as offline / online - email notifications usually occur shortly after the event.

How do I determine the cause for 5 hours of offline?
The other two AP’s were fine (on the same subnet)
router reports no interfaces as down.
