Ability to rearrange WANs in the WebUI on Mobile

Currently, at least on iOS, you can’t drag and drop the WANs to change the priorities or disable them. Please make this possible.

Side note, if we could add this feature to the iOS app, that would also be pretty sweet (except for the Android folks out there).
