Ability to prefer certain cellular frequencies but not disable other

This would be a very useful feature, in the UK some carriers have multiple frequencies for LTE as an example, it would be very handy if you could select a preference list of frequencies per cellular modem so that the device can latch on to a higher and better performing frequency if available but if its not then it carries on down the chain to the lower frequencies.

Rather than actually disabling lower frequencies which risk the unit being cut off completely.
