8.3.0 - Balance One HW3 - Cannot connect to web UI after what appeared to be a router lockup

This afternoon my router appeared to lock up. There was no internet, no WiFi and I couldn’t connect to the web UI. I rebooted the router by powering it on and off and the internet and WiFI have returned, but I still an unable to access the Web UI. Chrome and Edge return the following error “ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED” when try to access the https web ui page. I don’t believe I’ve experienced this issue before. It may be related to the firmware 8.3.0 which I upgraded to over the weekend.

Somehow Chrome and Edge were defaulting to https. Access was set to http over LAN under System / Admin Security which works better than https for saving the password because of cert issues . All seems to be normal now.
