I have a BR1 Pro 5G (GH) with an unlimited 5G UW plan from Visible (Verizon). I’m showing 5G on Band 77 but it’s not showing 5G UW which my phone shows with much higher speeds in the same location. I’m not sure if it’s the Peplink or something else. Has anyone else had this issue?
Hey CP, welcome to the forum! 5GUW won’t show on a Peplink, it’s marketing crap that carriers put on phones to make people feel better 
I assume your phone is on a phone plan? Routers, such as Peplink, have different characteristics than phones that cause them to be prioritized differently on cellular network, primarily in the United States. Lastly, the 5GH modem is not the most modern modem, it’s a Sierra EM9191 (3GPP rel 15 / X55) whereas the 5GK is a 3GPP / X65 rel 16 radio by Telit.
Depending on your phone, you may have a 2-3 generation newer chipset and radio capabilities.
Long story short, for many reasons, your phone will often be faster than a router.
Can you share a screenshot of your InControl2 environment showing the bands available on that router? If you don’t have InControl2, please share bands from the device web admin by clicking the IP address on the cellular interface, and then clicking “Please click here for details” before screenshotting the RF details:

Thanks for the response. This plan is a Visible phone plan that has been working great on the BR1 so I suppose I had hoped that it would have similar speeds. I didn’t realize there could be that big of a difference between the X62 and X65.
Here are the details:
the 5GH modem is an X55 radio, not an X62/65.
Can you click the “click here for details” at the bottom of the window where you got your screenshot from? maybe the 5GH doesn’t support it, but I was looking for a specific bandwidth allocation.
Your screenshot shows you have an LTE anchor of b66 (good) with an NR carrier on n77 (very good). with a SINR of 23dB and -87dBm RSRP, you’re a small distance from the tower but in a relatively sparse area getting that clean of a signal.
Your speed is certainly a result of the phone plan limiting you. Visible is an MVNO and throttles somewhat aggressively. Moreover, ensure the SIM in the BR1 is actually a SIM for a router/data device, otherwise they will shut down your line/account. For faster speeds, you will need a data-specific plan, ideally from a non-MVNO. It is possible to get fast speeds from an MVNO, though, as long as the SIM is provisioned for a data device.
