Nous avons 3 peplink Balance One sur différents lieux. Depuis que nous avons la fibre nous avons deux balance One qui crash sans raison apparente, en journée, la nuit même sans aucun équipement de branché hors wan.
J’ai tenté la mise à jour, le reset, le changement d’alimentation, mais deux sur trois qui ont le même problème juste au moment ou on passe à la fibre…
Symptômes : Pas d’accès en LAN/ WAN, Pas de DHCP. On dirait qu’il reboot au moment du crash. Pas de SSID disponible.
Avez vous une idée ou une solution ?

We have 3 Balance One peplink at different locations. Since we have fiber, we have two Balance One which crash for no apparent reason, during the day, even at night without any equipment plugged in outside the wan.
I tried l’upgrade, the reset, the change of power supply, but two out of three who have the same problem just when we switch to fiber …
Symptoms: No LAN / WAN access, No DHCP. Looks like it rebooted at the time of the crash. No SSID available.
Do you have an idea or a solution?
