I’m configuring my balance 210 remote user access (openvpn) with Active directory authentication,
I’m entering the server hostname, domain, admin and password correctly, but when I try to connect with the open vpn client, it fails.
I checked the parameters and tested them and everything is correct. Is there any other configuration that I need to do in my balance 210? I tested it with firmware 8.0,8.1, 8.1.2 and 8.1.3 and still do not work.
I have been generating the openvpn script for any firmware upgrade that I have performed… still doesn’t work.
please help!
